We took Jenel (our daughter) and her boyfriend Robert with us up to the cabin for a long weekend (Thurs - Sun) to check things out and spend time with Jenel. We had a very nice visit with her.
Time spent on the dock was very relaxing. Friends and family came to visit, see the boat and catch up on old times with Mark and I. People who visited the boat were: Mike Carey, Dana Volpini, Emily and Erin Carey, Dan Bradshaw, Jim Wagel, Louis Rote (Dr. Lou), Frank Miseraca and Matt Rigotti.
We were also very blessed to have Father John come down on Tuesday and bless the boat for us. He brought us a St. Christopher medal which is now mounted in the campanionway and a statue. It was a very moving time for us. The blessing was great and the prayer heartfelt. Thanks Father John!!
